The territorial scope of the insurance cover includes services in the member states of the European Union and meets the requirements of § 51 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO). Our sum insured covers the minimum scope of insurance in accordance with § 51 BRAO.

Bar association and admission

All lawyers at KEDAK. Kanzlei für Unternehmensrecht. are admitted to practice in the Federal Republic of Germany. The competent bar association is the Bar Association for the Higher Regional Court District of Munich, Corporation under Public Law, Tal 33, 80331 Munich ( The Munich Bar Association is also the competent supervisory authority. The professional titles of the professionals were awarded to them in the Federal Republic of Germany.
